Heather & Justin {E-session}

Heather and Justin are getting married next month. I traveled out to their home, a special place to them, for their e-session. They have quite a bit of land and plan on building a house soon! These 2 have so much to look forward to! I am in LOVE with their session. These 2 really just adore each other, as you can see. I’m very excited to photograph their wedding in September!

:::Married::: Elizabeth & Jonathan

I met Elizabeth last winter when she and her friend Julie contacted me about doing Boudoir sessions for their special guys for Christmas. We became instant friends and had a ball at their joint session. We’ve stayed in touch and Elizabeth asked me to shoot her very small and intimate ceremony to fiance Jonathan, who has been serving overseas in England. They were married Friday morning at Peace United Church of Christ in Greensboro with only immediate family and a couple of very close friends in attendance. Jonathan will be returning to England this week. I’m so happy for you guys and your wedding was perfect and beautiful! Congratulations!

Client Loyalty Card

Well hello everyone! This idea has been stewing in my head for some time…

I will be giving out Images by Autumn Photography Client Loyalty Cards with each session now. Basically you will get a punch card and after 3 paid regular sessions with me, you will get the 4th free! I LOVE my clients, and especially those that come back again and again and I thought I would reward you and give you a reason (other than my obvious talent! haha!) to come back! Custom photography is an investment. A GREAT one. After my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer last fall (and beat it this spring!), my entire outlook on life was changed. Sounds cliche but it’s true. Hearing the news knocked the wind out of me, like being punched in the stomach. I cried of course and that night I pulled out old photos of my mom, of me and my mom and our family. And of course I thought the worst. These photographs will be what I will have of her, to look back at. Life happens so quick. Children grow up so fast and things happen. Capture them in the stages of their life and get a family portrait taken at least every 2-3 years. I like to do it yearly, because at this stage of my family, my children are changing everyday! With all that being said, I hope that you’ll love this new program!!

Northwest Guilford High School Senior Class of 2012 {Taylor}

I am in LOVE with this urban senior session! Taylor was the perfect model and absolutely gorgeous. Hard to get a bad picture of her. Martin Family

Mommy Caylan and I went to high school together and reconnected over Facebook a couple of years ago. I photographed them last fall at Old Salem but it was time to update those photos, you know kids grow so fast! These girls are the sweetest. Kendall was so good at posing and Lo did exactly as I asked her. Beautiful family!

Jessica & Logan {1 Year Anniversary}

These 2 lovebirds are celebrating their 1 year anniversary! Jessica is in veterinary school at NC State and before she left to go back for the fall semester she wanted to have some photos taken of her and her beau. We started out at the train tracks and ran into a very rude person who was going to make a scene so instead of dealing with her and losing the light, we moved on to a 2nd location. We still ended up with some great photos. Congratulations on your first year you guys!

Allie & PJ

These 2 cuties are my good friends, Mark & Katy’s kids. Allie is the sweetest little girl and about 6 months or so older than my daughter Cheyenne. And let me tell you she was a breeze to photograph compared to Chey! Ha! PJ is about 4 months in these photos, and a big boy! This first photograph has got to be in my favorite top 10 that I have captured. Simple, pure. Love it.

{Newborn} Twin Baby Girls N&M

These sweet girls were amazing during their session. Miss M slept through the entire thing. N gave us a huge smile and was awake for a good part of it, but did great nonetheless. Newborns are by far the most difficult to photograph, but these 2 made it a little easier. I love how mom and dad are gazing at them in the 1st photo. They are so in love with their baby girls. Congrats mom and dad!

Emmett

This little guy was loads of fun! Not the least bit shy and so cooperative. I have a feeling he’s going to be breaking hearts! 🙂 Love his expressions!
